How do you share files between Windows XP and Ubuntu Linux

For the upcoming project of students at the ICT Academy, I made a screencast showing how you can share files between Windows XP and Ubuntu 8.10 Linux computer.

In the screencast I of knowledge: ie knowledge of file and printer sharing in Windows XP. The screencast shows how the same then you can reach under Ubuntu Linux 8.10.
